    Wood color pen source?

I've recently gotten into chip carving and pyrography attempting to do some facial projects and am trying to find colored pens (for eyes) that are used on wood, or on top of spray lacquer. I mention lacquer because I spray on the lacquer first and if I mess up the eye coloring I can wipe off the color with Isopropyl alcohol & start over again. Any source suggestions?

Woodcraft sells felt-tip pens in a dozen or so wood colors. They call 'em touch-up pens.

I have picked up some from the local Lowes. I'm sure the orange big box store will have them. The places the sell turning supplies will also have them.

Thanks Jamie. However I'm looking for shades of blue for coloring the eyes, preferably with a reasonably fine point. I have to add that I don't have a steady hand with an artists paint brush, while I can "dab" the color from a pen. I just can't seem to find the shades of blue I'm looking for.

I'm just ran across this https://www.orientaltrading.com/wond...yABEgI5M_D_BwE but wonder???

    Any other suggestions?

Sharpie makes quite a variety of markers, in lots of colors. Their oil-based paint markers might be a good choice for the type of work you want to do:

Michael's, the craft store, has a wide selection of artist products. Not sure if they are in your area but similar stores are likely have items you may use. Good luck!
Rustic? Well, no. That was not my intention!

Well, I think you guys have explored all the possibilities. Thank you for that. I think I'll explore the options you've presented. I suspect that Sharpie may have the color I'm looking for, or I may find what I'm looking for at Michael's. Thank you all.

I'm pretty new here, not as as experienced as most. Please don't hesitate to correct me
