    Shout out to Epilog customer service.

    Called Epilog about parts and service docs for my 18 year old, new to me Radius engraver.
    They have sent every service doc I needed.
    And charged me only $8 for the air assist nozzle, free shipping.

    This is all for an 18 year old machine I did not buy from them.
    They have been a tremendous help for a customer that has spent a total of $8 with them.
    I know where I am going when I decide to get a new machine.

  2. I have a 9 yo zing 40w that runs 10 hr a day 5.5 days a week. I bought the machine second hand 4 years ago. Whenever I needed help, their Tech support has never failed. They are great.

    Can't agree more! They always do a fantastic job making sure you're up & running.
