RDworks V8 Error Message - Load Data Failure

I started my machine up, sent a file from Corel X7 to RDWorks V8 and received the message "Load Data Failure".

I've had the "Communication Error" message previously when the USB cable was not connected, but never this message.

I've "Googled" the message, but am not finding anything that specifically addresses this message.

Does anyone have a lead to a solution?

You might try posting to the RDWorks Lab forum where there are more RDWorks users and thus maybe a better chance of finding someone who has experience with this error.
