    Question Help with Cermark LMM-6000

Just etched a stainless tumber using Cermark LMM-6000. I diluted it (per directions) with 1-part Cermark to 2-parts denatured alcohol. Laser etched the tumbler but when I took it to the sink to wash off the remaining Cermark solution, it would not come off. I used warm water and a soft brush but the dried Cermark solution isn't coming off. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

The haze sometimes likes to hang on, so instead of a soft brush, try a clean washrag and don't be afraid to rub aggressively, or even better, a magic eraser works great...
