    Glow Forge

Whats going on with Glowforge I see they are still in business. The customers are still happy and nothing burnt down yet? They are getting nearly $6000 for the 45 watt deluxe model.

I see there have been a few fires but not as many as I would have thought. People are trying to run businesses with them but complain about long waits while they calibrate. still can't engrave thick items

IMO: --- Glowforge, in all its (ahem) glory and well-deserved infamy, makes 2 strong points:

    1- Advertising does work--

2- You CAN polish a turd...

After seeing all the problems with connection you would think someone would either hack the controller or replace it with one that doesn't need wifi to operate.

Don't forget you saw it all predicted here years ago. I forgot now but someone said we were all wrong, and it was going to be a great success.
