    "Sharpen" the top flat of the tool. Don't touch the round part or you'll change the dimensions and or shape of the tool..... DAMHIKT

    That's a good idea. Would you run a diamond home across the entire top or just the end of it? Also, what is DAMHIKT?

    Michael, I have one similar and I diamond hone the flat places adjacent to the oval area. I push the hone towards the oval.
