    Small Bench

This small bench is 41" high. The Maple top is 22 x 24. The cast iron pedestal is from an antique table saw. It has a plywood base to protect the vinyl floor. It saves my back a great deal of strain. I use it for layout and close joinery. The magnifying light gets used for splinters and surface examination when polishing Ebony pegs and when examining sharpened edges.

    Everyone should have one.

The offcuts rack is organized by type of wood. It tells me when to thin the supply.

That's a great solution, especially for a shop that doesn't have an adjustable height workbench setup. Working standing can be a good thing for may operations.
