    PLS 360 Replacement Powersupply

OK this is a little tricky, but I figured I'd ask here while I continue to wait on ULS to answer. So over the past few months I have been working ULS on getting a replacement power supply for our PLS 360. The first one they sent was incorrect, and then we found out that he old Power supplies were phased out and are no longer available. Anyway then they sent us what they call and upgrade kit and the new supplies came in. They look similar but are different in a few ways. So I was able to wire one side that was actually labeled, but the other side that is in the picture was not. I'm trying to determine which wires go in which locations, based on a zoomed in picture they sent it isn't exactly the same as was on the old supplies. If anyone has ideas please let me know.

Every PSU that looks like that, which I've replaced, or refitted, had markings on the case to tell you Live or Mains (240vAC) IN, Neutral 240vAC; earth/ground, and DC voltage (24, 36, 42 or whatever ordered) out: positive DC & negative DC, several screws- and occasionally a 5vDC option for a PC fan.

Is there no mark suggesting what the outputs are?
    Best wishes,

Well yes there are markings, the biggest hurdle has been figuring out where to put the thinner cords. Here is an image that I think is correct. I think one of the biggest problems is that each time someone gives my pictures or drawings there are more wires on theirs and then I'm not sure if mine is good to go.20190318_092953.jpg

It looks as if they are all color coded, so what do the directions or diagram show?

That is the issue ULS provided us with no diagrams and no directions. The picture I posted is exactly what I was sent minus all the extra wires that we don't have. I am pretty certain this is the right setup, but if I'm wrong that could be bad.

Do you have a multimeter to check the voltages on the assorted terminals, before you attach it to the laser's electronics?
Or is there a serial number you can Google to look up the PSU specifications?

ULS signed off my wiring and then we got it up and running. :-) Oh happy day!
