    I was looking at one of those, but Woodcraft couldn't get one for 10 weeks. And besides, no sliding headstock

    But seriously, it's very interesting to see the variations of early versions of tools like this... and the things that craftspeople can create on them. Makes me laugh at myself for worrying about not having a readout for variable speed.
