Safety shoes and a lathe were lacking in this weeks episode. I found myself clinching my toes and fingers a few times. It was fun to see all of the sails. No CAD, CAM, CNC, or 3D printing for the windless plinth. It was certainly a candidate for those techniques. The router with the angled base looked like a recipe for disaster. Good thing it was in clever hands. Its neat how well the plinth came out.

The Kids and I were impressed with the sailing away from the raft with the motor cruiser. It looks to me like the electric motor provided a tiny bit of assistance. Daughter says NO. I think I see prop wash?
