    Can you side mill with a 3/16 brad point bit?

    Nope, not very far.
    Oh well, other than a few micro bits that can break just by looking at them, this is my first real brain fart since getting my CNC in ’13. I can’t complain too much.
    Luckily my spindle didn’t get moved out of tram.
    Does Lee Valley sell replacement brad point bits?

    That doesn't look much like a Forstner bit to me.

    I can buy brad point drill bits at the local home improvement store, and they also carry router bits, real ones .
