    Liberon finishing oil

    Hello all,

I am new to Sawmill creek and am hoping for some advice. I am currently building a
Black Walnut dining table and was wondering what everyone thought about Liberon finishing oil.
Looking at the description it says it can handle a lot of abuse. Attached is a picture of what I am looking at.

From the description it looks pretty much like most oil varnish mixes, except for rather breathtaking prices.

I've used it quite a bit. It looks great on Walnut!

It smells better than most finishing products too. Most of my use with it was on turned pieces, though.

I'd recommend it if you can get it at a reasonable price. I don't think it's worth paying a premium for. As far as I can tell, it's basically like Danish Oil only with Liberon's own "secret" blend of 11 herbs and spices.
