When the tech was setting up our machine, he seemed pretty happy that it was about .010-.015" out of square doing a trim cut around a 4x8 sheet. It was measured with a tape, so open to some interpretation.

I know I can dial in my panel saw better than that, but honestly, it's not enough that I will ever notice that small error in anything we do. It's woodworking, not space travel.
