Pen blanks are usually 3/4" by 3/4" by 5" if they are larger that's fine.
I prefer dried blanks.

We used to have a source for red, white and blue corian but that was many years ago.

Jackie our club is interested in the project and the committee would like to know what bushings and drill size is. From what I see is a slimline pen?

We get the funline kits. They use 7mm drill bit and bushings.
