    Actually kinda surprising a 1/16" end mill would do anything in wood but make fuzzies. lol. Given how fast Im feeding these small mills in brass I'd think wood would be cake but the fuzzies would be the killer.

    This was in very nice walnut and the edge was super crisp, Mark. The 1/16" endmill was basically cleaning the edge of a pocket for an inlay, including getting two corners of the shape to "almost" a point. It was pretty darn silent cutting, too! LOL

    Same with this one in brass. If you didn't see the long curlies landing out on the sheet you'd guess you were running way too slow a feed. Learned to watch the floor of the cut on this one to gauge the feed.
