    That's great as long as he/she doesn't "tinkle" on your design.

    I see you design the same way I do - drafting pencils, plastic triangles and an architect ruler.

    I have a small woodworking area set-up in my basement mainly for small projects during the winter months.

    Any projects worked on downstairs need to be inspected by my shop assistant "Moe"
