OSMO polyx pure - user feedback?

Hi,

Has anyone used this finish, do you like it? Does it perform well? Does it actually cure in 8hrs?

I've never used it, but have a friend that sold a sideboard with that as a finish. Someone sat a glass on it at a party, and she had to completely redo the top finish after that. That's my absolute only experience, or only time I've ever heard of anyone using it.

I've used it on our sapele kitchen island. The island houses a sink and is subject to lots of abuse. The finish has held up incredibly well over the year and a half it's been on.

Interesting, I'm wondering if Tom's experience wasn't with the 'Top Oil' instead. I decided to buy Enduro-Var for this project instead, wanting not to deal with any potential issues.
