In XP home when I open a internet page in new window

I get a small window, It used to open in a full sized window. How do I get it to go back to opening in a full sized window?

Ah...the dreaded I closed my browser when the window was small" problem! Usually this is a simple problem to fix. Open your browser and resize it to the size you want. It should be the only browser window open. The close your browser window. When you reopen it, it should be the size you prefer. The cause of your problem is that Windows/IE remembers the size of the last window closed...you probably had a small pop-up browser window up as the last one at some point.
