    Bert,

    This is simply solved with smart fill tool.

    Try it.
    Trotec Speedy 300 - 60w, with Quatro CSA-626 fume extraction
    Xenetech 1625 x2,
    New Hermes TX pantograph, CG4 cutter grinder
    Brady Globalmark2 label printer,
    Assortment of custom tooling , shears & punches, heat bender.
    Software: Xenetech XOT, Corel X3, Bartender label software

    Ok smart fill the cat, convert to a bit map, remove the fill make it hairline out line , ok I can almost hand trace it as fast LOL

    Why would you convert to bit maps? All you want is solid line for cutting.
    When you click on smart fill tool you have options that you can set color/fill removed and final result is just solid outline.

    You were asked if you view it in wire frame. Your answer was ......it is steel dotted line.... it was not.
    If you had posted file in first place we would know what is happening.

    Here is a better solutions for future when dealing with with same issue.

    Select all/go to Outline pen tool/ in the Styles box click on Down arrow to view more options/select solid line/ done.
    You may have to change the color of outline and set it to hair line for cutting.

    I selected the entire drawing switched to outline pen tool and used hairline size and line style and it's done.
    EPILOG LEGEND 32 60 WATT, CORELDRAWX5, PhotoGraV2.11, strip heater, PUNTA GORDA, FLORIDA
