AHTurf generally has good prices on hardware. They have their own website and I belive they also sell on eBay.

IKEA actually beats my local commercial supplier on prices for Blum hardware.

Matthew, you mentioned undermount slides. My recent flyer from Woodworker's Hardware showed a new series of undermount slides that are soft close rated at 75 pounds. The release levers and mounting brackets are sold separately but still all reasonably priced.

There's also the new-ish Blum Tandem Edge slides. From WWHardware, they're the same cost as the KV-G slides. The one difference is that the Edge slides are 7/8 opening, not full-extension. For most uses, I think that's not a big deal. Including the cost of the front locking devices, they're $16 per pair for 21" slides.

I buy from these folks. Keep in mind undermounts are the most expensive type of drawer slide. I generally think of other types of drawer slides if I'm thinking "affordable". https://www.cshardware.com/
