    A pull out bin on wheels? At least that would get it outside so the dust disperses or it could be taken away and dumped straight from the bin.

    I put a circular baffle in my "chip collector" that is before my dust collector. My setup is similar to what you picture, but perhaps narrower and higher.

    Under that circular hole I place a large garbage can, and I put a window in the door so I can see how full the plastic garbage can is. Granted I have to drag the can out to dump it more frequently than you, but it only takes a couple minutes and is not painful to do, since the chips and saw dust are already in the can.

    The dust collector bags need addressed about one time for every ten or more emptyings of the garbage can.

    Works for me...

    Just use a shop vac, that's what their for!
