MM 16 parts

I need a couple of parts for an older 2003 MM 16 bandsaw.

Googling around, I went to this website.

They require that you sign up for an account. I did that. Then I get a notice that the website is "not secure". That is disconcerting.

For those of you that have ordered parts for your MM16 recently, how have you gone about it. Is this site ok, or what?

That site is legit but you usually need to call them in order to complete the sign-up process.

i recently need some parts for a mm20. Had a great experience. The guy I worked with was named Patrick. Very helpful with good follow through. Their schematics leave a bit to be desired but they helped work through it via email and pictures to ensure I was getting the correct part.
