    manufacture of slump block vs split block

    I've seen videos of split block being manufactured by literally splitting in half two concrete blocks that were cast as one block. How are "slump block" manufactured?

    Learn something new every day. I've never liked the look of split block; to me it just looks cheap. That slump block is nice looking stuff though. We don't see it much around these parts.

    I had never heard of it before this thread. No one around here makes it, that I know of.
