    I was stuck on 95 to 97 pounds for the longest time.
    Got a bit ticked off today at the pool and just let it all out - went until I was all done in - 3 kilometers.
    Got on the scale after that & I was at 230!

    Congratulations!! Losing that much weight is a monumental task and requires major, major commitment. You did it!!

    That's a great achievement.I also have been trying to get my weight down, though not nearly to that level.

    Congrats. Where did you lose that weight, I think I found some of it. Recently wife said something about me gaining weight. I'm 71 now and weigh five pounds more than I did when I was forty five. But I do weigh almost a hundred pounds more than I did when I was twenty one. I was a sure enough SKINNY rat.

    so tell me how you did it? (if you want to that is)
    1800 calories a day & exercise enough to burn off over that amount.

    No magic/nothing special - other than stick with it, even when it seems like it's not working.

    Fitness Pal dot com is a good start. It helps you track your daily calorie intake.
