Post #15, by Julie, should be stickied at the top. It's the simplest, and best explanation I've seen on grounding, and bonding of sub-panels. It always needs to be understood how to do it with sub-panels, which are used by a LOT of people building shops who are asking questions here, even if the reasons are not understood.
