    Between taking the pics and posting we decided to hand the picture frames just a bit above the cabinet instead of setting on it (we are in SoCal and the ground moves).

    It is awesome. Love the wood, and reminds me of some I purchased from curleymaple.com on my way through PA a few years back. Hard to find wood that nice, it really jumps out at you!

    Thanks so much guys. Clark's approach to joinery gave me a challenge that kept me well interested without having to do any heavy lifting. It was a fun project to do while I get my wheels back under me. I can certainly add some of these techniques to designs in the future so 'hats off' to Mr. Kellogg.
