Probably a Belsaw or Woodmaster.
Not a parks. It looks like it lacks jackscrews to adjust the blade depth.

Belsaw. 12". Not sure if that is the same as foley-belsaw.

I was given a Foley-Belsaw that belonged to my wife's grandfather . I'd love to restore it , but it needs some major TLC . Also , it has a 5 HP motor that I don't have power available for at this time . The cutterhead and knives look terrible . Still it was grampa's , and my wife wants me to restore it . I'm not sure if that will ever really happen , time will tell .
