You might try saving it as an EPS in Corel then send it to whoever needs the DST. I'm not sure of this but it's worth a try.

    Bert,

If this is for embroidery process than you need a conversion to stitching process.
This takes skill and time to get it optimized.
People in the field should be able to get your PDF format and convert it to what it needs to be.

if you just want to make holes in patches I believe the "blend" feature in Corel will do that. I have used that feature only once or twice in over 20 years so I can't provide a tutorial but Roy Brewer is a Corel master and he has a tutorial. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7okFhgHzOaw

How in the world did you think you could get away with doing that ?

I engrave for a local woman that designs and embroideries. She exports to pdf for me, I still have to separate as it saves text in two layers that ExCad doesn't like.
So, It probably won't go the other way easy.

My Triumph's Lasersoft program has some sort of DST function, never had a clue what it's supposed to do, but if I click on a painted box and hit 'DST contour map' I can keep pulling boxes out, each one smaller than the one before it? Maybe it's creating a stitch path?
