Anyone know an online source for carve-worthy Alaskan Yellow Cedar? Or Port Orford Cedar, I suppose.

I'm not an on-line source, but .........
Where are you located? I have some Alaskan Yellow that I'll never use, 1 piece is 39" x 6.75" x 3", & the rest are mostly 2" thick. There's not a lot.
I'm an hour north of Kingston ON.
You need to contact Icy Straights Lumber. You will not find a better source for Alaskan Yellow cedar - their mill is in the heart of Yellow Cedar country.
