    Cleaning Lap-Sharp disks

I'm having trouble getting the PSA off my disks when it's time to replace the film. I tried mineral spirits and acetone, but neither had much effect. Does anyone have suggestions what I might try next? These disks are aluminum. Thanks. Eric

I have never tried this, but was told once to put them in the freezer for a bit and the glue will come off easier. Worth a try.

On my ROS, I've found that the disks come off easier if they are warm. Try warming your disks either through use or with a heat gun/hair dryer set on low.
