I've had my Rabbit laser almost 6 weeks now and it's been the sharp learning curve everyone predicted but I've definitely learned a lot. Almost immediately I had a problem, previously described, and I definitely panicked but Rabbit did their part, the problem was resolved, and my focus moved to software and processes. Last Saturday another situation came up. For some reason the table went all the way to the bottom of the case. On Sunday I sent Ray an email describing what happened and he responded a couple hours later with some ideas. I was unsuccessful so called the office yesterday and spoke with Carole. We still don't know why it happened but the table was bottomed out out and out of level by at least 1.5" putting everything in a severe bind. Carole was very helpful and following her suggestions I was able to figure my way back to "normalcy", the machine works again, and there doesn't appear to be any damage.
