Here is a photo of the work I will be demonstrating at the Carolina Mountain Woodturners next weekend Oct 20th. I will turn a mirror and discuss tool handling and cutting technques. Then I'll build a 2 part ornament with texture, then a chain finial ornament with different texturing and coloring techniques. Then I will show how I do my sponge painted natural edge bowls followed by a discussion of how to use the JoSanjo irridescent paints. Should be a lot of fun and informative.
