    Grand daughter lived in Hawaii for a couple years. Said Walmarts have a WALL of different types of spam. Ironically, tomorrow at NC State Fair is the Spam cooking contest.

    My favorite Spam story is how the name came about. Apparently Hormel had a contest for its employees to name its new "spiced ham" product. As the winner described his entry, "I just took the front of 'spice' and slammed it together with the back of 'ham'...pretty much the same thing we do to the pig during production."
    Yoga class makes me feel like a total stud, mostly because I'm about as flexible as a 2x4.
    "Design"? Possibly. "Intelligent"? Sure doesn't look like it from this angle.
    We used to be hunter gatherers. Now we're shopper borrowers.
    The three most important words in the English language: "Front Towards Enemy".
    The world makes a lot more sense when you remember that Butthead was the smart one.
    You can never be too rich, too thin, or have too much ammo.

    There's also the one about the guy that got caught with a cold can of Spam...he was arrested for carrying a congealed weapon.
