Thread: Bandsaw noise help!!

    "Only happens under tension"...... With such a short video I'm guessing it's the new blade. Perhaps there is a kink or thick weld in the blade that the noise is made at the blade guides. I hear two hits. Upper and lower guides, maybe?

    From that noise, I'd say this is very likely the cause if there's one in there.

    It could be that also but whatever it is seems to be chassis related and not band related as the noise has that type pf sound.
