    Trotec auto exhaust cable

Has anyone connected a non Trotec exhaust to Trotec Laser. I have Speed 300 & just purchased a Fumex.
I have contacted Trotec, but they have not be very helpful. The fumes is wired for remote on/off I need to put an end on their cable, which I have. I can not find the correct pins to send voltage to the Fumex. Have tested the Fumes with a transformer and it will start & stop.

I have tried to get reading from pins on laser but can not find any with voltage ?

    thanks / Norm

The pins may just open and close a simple circuit, so check for intermittent continuity. If that's the case, locate which pins create a closed circuit, get an appropriate relay to switch the transformer on and off--

I have the schematic somewhere on my file server at the office. I'll try to remember it Monday and post it here.
