when to change teeth on circular sawmill blade

Some trouble cutting today. Teeth are sharp but 1/16th narrower than new ones and maybe a quarter shorter. Is it time to change teeth?

Sounds reasonable. Sorry for the non answer, but how about telling about your mill?

Swage the older ones to a proper kerf.

If you don't swage, then change all the teeth as needed to a similar kerf. Save the still usable teeth groups of same size. Rotate them in as needed, or all at once.
