    Coffee table

This is a Maple coffee table. The base is an antique WHITE (brand) sewing machine base
I attached the top with threaded inserts, and enlarged the existing holes for wood movement
I replaced the foot treadle with a Birdseye Maple box with an Oak Crotch drawer front
    The finish is Bush Oil.
My wife is a quilter so I get points for using the sewing base.
Please excuse the crumby driveway Photos.

Nice table, kevin. I like the light wood and the black base. It seems like you could put some cream in a container in that bottom box and treadle up some butter while you're watching TV.

My wife is an avid seamstress! I love the table! If it was in my home the drawer would be full of M & M's.
