We had a pipe burst going into our water heater, in a closet attached to the kitchen. To make a long story short after replacing the laminate floor we ran out of baseboards, were about 1-1/2 inches short. The manufacturer has gone out of business so I decided to make a dutchman to make up the deference.

The one on the left is the dutchman, required 4 different router bits and lots of sanding.
