I wasn't aware the Lie-Nielson's planes were available in glue together kits!

Tom LN must be assuming that Bridge City Tools wont make it without Mr. E, and decided to fill the resulting "design void".

I wonder if that Spitfire Custom Plane is bevel up or bevel down?

Bevel down, stays on the ground.

Um, that's a Hawker Hurricane. Less popular than the Spitfire but did more of the hard work.

Rotating blade for making grooves, but you must beware of that blade as it might take your hand off. It has no guard.
You never get the answer if you don't ask the question.

The PittsStop version might be a better choice.

Now those are cool projects, Rob. I once worked with a machine shop down in Bakersfield, CA. They built quite a nice little side business making reproduction parts for Model T’s and such.
