Cleaning Pro Select Mortar Fix off of hands

My sister just wrote me asking how to get this Pro Select Mortar Fix off of her hands. Soap and water do not work.

Any ideas or experience?

I think it's going to take acetone or MEK. And there is another one that I can't remember. Make sure she uses any of those
out doors

Soap and water, try Dawn, try vinegar or lemon juice followed by vegetable or mineral oil. Pick at it, more oil. Life goes on wear it off. Avoid harsh industrial chemicals.
