I finally got the last of the old kitchen upper cabinets installed in the shop for various storage tasks...don't worry, it will not be this clean for very long....although I generally do keep things pretty tidy because I'm anal about it.

Man, that's a big shop - and nicely equipped!
What is the the large diagonal item behind your slider, near the clock?

Clock? What clock? There's no room for a clock in a wood shop! That is a very nice and tidy shop though Jim. Thanks for sharing.

Man, that is one nice shop.
Your shop is looking good Jim. I see some nice elbow room in your work areas, looks very comfortable.
What is that angle thing near the slider?
Is it a ramp up to the kitchen for sending food and drink down?

Looking good!
Incredible Shop Jim
That's the stairwell to the upstairs. It's the single significant "space limitation" in my shop. I wish the previous property owner would have had the stairs placed at the end of the building when they had it constructed, but they chose the middle behind a "short bay" that was used for their tractor. The corner of the stairs you see I had to "fly" from the rafters upstairs so I could remove a short wall and open that area up. (There's a similar construction in our home that was installed when the previous owner had the original master bath created with a huge jacuzzi...the only way to support the weight was to "fly" a support via heavy cabling in the middle since it's over the kitchen)
The DC/Compressor/Breaker closet is back behind there just out of sight in the photo. If this was all open space, it would be about 22x30. But it's not.
