Well anyone who has spend some time in a hospital which i did way too much last year knows these people are angels so it just sort if fit into this project. Making the miniature Stethascope was a challenge. I drilled a .025" hole through the side of a very small screw from my camera repair days and glued some black wire that I had into it. Then used some silver wire for the ear portion. This is about 4" tall.

That is such a great idea and your execution of it is fantastic. What are the ear pieces made from?

the ear pieces, the joint between the black wire and the chrome wire and the top of the sensor are all what I call PUff Paint. It's a 3 dimensional paint used for putting designs on T shirts. It's great for adding texture to pieces.
