Got my new Thunder Laser Nova 35

Just received delivery of my new Thunder Laser Nova 35. Ran a couple test squares to make sure it accurate.
Any suggestions on testing and first cuts are welcome!

Big box ply. My HD has 3mm underlayment ply that is usually pretty flat and is cheap. Some of the 5mm is way junk and has too many voids filled with glue. Can do a lot of setup and simple projects to get handle on your machine for cheap.

Looks like a nice machine! That second picture show a second chiller in the back. Is this a two laser tube machine?

John, any updates on the laser? How do you like it so far? Does anyone know what the main differences between the Thunder Nova and Mars series lasers are? I currently teach engineering at a local STEM high school. We have both a GCC Spirit (with Synrad 30W tube) and a GCC X380 (chinese 100w) that we use to create a ton of different projects. I am interested in getting a machine for myself and looking at both of the Thunder machines.

I've had my new laser about 3 weeks now so I know what you're experiencing. Exciting days, have FUN!
