    Thanks Wayne, we've been playing around a little with this but will go ahead and soak the floor and see if that works. I've been hesitant to slow down the air flow, glad to hear your perspective on that.

    To this day it still feels weird to me to hose down the floor but it beats having coating failure. Another class of coating where humidity is critical is inorganic zinc for steel. If the humidity is low, the moisture vanishes out of the coating and you are left with zinc powder. Another costly rework job that happened once.... Totally opposite to a polyurethane we used once on a floor in hot weather. One drop of sweat from your face would cause a giant blister about 3" across. Cheers
