    Bakers Rack

My wife asked me to make her a bakers rack for the kitchen, was more than happy to oblige (yummy). This is what I ended with after many design changes, I used Sketchup for the designing process:

    And much to my disappointment:

The best of plans gone awry . . . Great job on the baker's rack. Also, I rather like the placement with the daylight behind it.

That ought to be worth at least one or two pies as payment for a job well done.

Kind of reminds me of my workbench. I thought it was for projects, but it seems like most of the time it has all kinds of other stuff on it. Nice job on the baker's bench.

Nicely done, Jim! What kind of wood are you using there? How was it finished?

The drawer fronts, legs and slates are oak, all the shelves are oak veneer plywood. My wife is the finisher in our household and she chose pickled oak
