see this is why good ideas arrive JR metions blow out as you dont have the option now to run ends before sides. Good point JR. As far as door complications I do mortise and tennon mitred profile so they are already more complicated than cope and stick so thats not an issue. If I was rejoining them id see what is in there now and match or lamello or dowel likely a spline as I see two nails in the back of each one. good call on the raised panel blow out
