A simple Bedside Table, out of Pine

Legs were ripped down from a scrap 2 x 10, and are 25" long, tapered on two inside faces.

Top is a glue up, took a 4' long 1 x 10, cut into two 24" long pieces, then book matched

If you turn the table in the light..grain changes how it shines..

Underneath, there are corner blocks. Aprons join the legs via Mortise and Tenon joints...this is the bottom of the panel, because it was having too much tearout.
One coat of Golden Oak stain, then one coat of Poly Gloss Varnish.
Top is 3/4" x 18" x 24" Router was used to make a cove detail around the edges, after the corners were cut round...

    Simple, little table...

It's an attractive table...nice job! Sometimes simple is the best way, too.

It may be simple but it’s still beautiful. Very well done.

I like it, steven. Clearly, you took care to consider good design and construction. ..A well made table.

I like it. Great color and nice lean tapered legs.
