I don't want to hijack this thread. Can anybody tell me where I can find similar material - PVC sheets or panels (thickness, colors) in the UK?

Balsanu, many of the same manufacturers that sell product in North American also distribute in the UK and Europe. If you do a little web site exploration, you should be able to ascertain who the distributors are for your geography.
