My Lee Valley large shoulder plane

Yes- I had to order a new knob for mine. If you call them they will work with you on getting parts.

I did contact Lee Valley. Rob Lee reads this forum. He responded and I ordered the parts I needed.
All I had left was the body. My dog was sleeping on the floor and I was dosing on the couch and she
went to the front door and gave the alarm someone was coming. It was the delivery man with my parts.
My Veritas large plow plane is now rust free and intact with shiny new wood, brass, and steel parts.
I am back in business.

I appreciate the service Lee Valley provides to their customers.

Glad to hear it worked out Lowell. Would have been a heartbreaker to loose that plane. Lee Valley people are great.
