    Looking at old threads. I like this kitchen. The room I am sitting in is paneled in that pine paneling. Two walls are painted a pale yellow (quail egg at Lowe's). But the 16 foot wall and another wall that rises to this height is still unpainted. I did change the trim to white and that brightened it some. When it was all pine with pine trim it was just too dark. I don't think I would like it in a bedroom.

    I might make some built-ins in this room out of pine to help them blend in. Or I guess I could use white to lighten the room some more.

    Anyway, nice design and execution.
